And so begins the Glaive Saga. The tale of a man destined to wield a curse killing blade and to be cursed in return, for there is no rest from this burden, nor reprieve from its hunger. A wayward soul, trapped in an eternal quest and haunted by a forgotten past. Where shall fate lead him? Only time will tell...

Book I: The Fell Lord's Curse

The Fell Lord awakens and enacts his death curse upon King Hur. Glaive is summoned by the hero’s horn and undertakes Hur’s quest to save his kin. Delving deep beneath the Omen Tree, Glaive encounters a subterranean world, wretched fiends and finally the Fell Lord himself. Shall Curse Breaker sing?

Curse Breaker is a project birthed from the mind of Karl Ulsted, penned from the duel inspiration of torrential February rains and the epic Old English poem Beowulf, the Glaive Saga attempts to take the love of legend, narration and Dungeon Synth and combine them into a sonic journey.

Responsible for the musical composition of this work is the Wayfarer, sole creator of many projects but most notably Fen Walker. The Wayfarer brings his unique composition skills to bolster Ulsted’s narration in a collaboration that sings of swords, fantastic lands and high adventure.

All proceeds from this tale go to funding the next chapter, the forgers of this project sincerely hope you enjoy your experience as much as they did crafting it.
